How do I place an order?
All orders must be placed on www.ayamset.com
Please contact us for any inquiries on placing an order, returns or exchanges. We will get back to you within a couple of hours.
What are your customer service opening hours?
We are available from Monday to Friday from 9am until 6pm.
What payment methods does AYAM accept?
We accept ApplePay, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express & Paypal.
Can I change or cancel my order once it’s been placed?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we will do our best to change or cancel it. Just contact us as soon as possible to let us know about it at: maya@ayamset.com
When will I receive my order?

Can I track my AYAM order?
You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Europe (24 countries) and the USA. Please note that you will be responsible for any taxes and duties charges. We are working on having these extra charges included at checkout.
What countries in Europe do you ship to?
Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Portugal, Switzerland, Austria, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Lithuania, Malta, Slovakia, Slovenia
Can I collect my AYAM order instead?
At the moment we have stopped offering pick-up. Sorry for the inconvenience.
How do I return or exchange an item?

How do I get a refund?
All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund amount. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 days to show on your account.
Will AYAM Set Limited keep my personal information private?
100% yes. We consider all the information you share with us as private and confidential and will never share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent.
